Shipping & Returns
• Your order will be shipped by registered mail directly from our warehouse (workshops) in China.
• Will usually be shipped within 1 day of receiving cleared payment, 7 days a week.
• Shipping cost will be calculated based on estimated package weight.
For example, we usually add 5-10 grams packing material weight on one small pendant, 5-20 grams on one necklace, 30-60 grams on one bangle.
• The bigger and more delicate the item is, the more packing material weight will be added for shipping.
There are three shipping options in our store settings.
1, Standard Int'l Shipping (0 - 2 kg)
Can be tracked on both China Post and most destination country Post Office websites. 
2, ePacket via EMS system (0 - 2 kg)
Only available to 31 countries/regions, can be tracked on both EMS China and destination country Post Office websites such as USPS, Canada Post etc. 
3, EMS (Express Mail Service), 0- 30kg
Can be tracked on both EMS China and destination country Post Office websites such as USPS, Canada Post etc. 
Returning Policy:
Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not fully satisfied with our products, please email us immediately, and return them within 14 days from the date you receive them for refund:
If we make any mistake or the item is not as described, we will refund your payment and pay for returning cost, or resend you replacement.
If we make no mistake in the transaction, but buyer doesn't like the item or changes mind, buyer pays for returning cost. The shipping cost usually is not refundable in this kind of situation.
Tips On Saving Shipping Cost:
1, The domestic shipping within mainland of China is always cheap. Considering have your order shipped to your agent or friend in China, and then forwarded with your other goods by ocean shipping etc. We do not make money on shipping.
2, Take advantage of our combined shipping policy, buy more save more. For example, shipping by EMS (express mail service) to USA, the cost for 500 grams is only $7 after the first 500 grams. As a matter of fact, many of our delicate items can not be shipped together, we will pay more for shipping them separately. We consider this as a special discount for large orders.
