• Orders are dispatched via registered mail directly from our workshops in China.
• We strive to ship within 1 day of receiving cleared payment, including weekends.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the estimated weight of the package at checkout. This includes additional weight for packing materials.
• The larger and more delicate the item, the more weight is added for protective materials.
There are three default shipping options through China Post at checkout. Additionally, you can reach out to us for a quote on shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL, YANWEN express, and other carriers.
1, Standard Int'l Shipping (0 - 2 kg)
Trackable on 3rd parties, China Post and most destination countries' postal service websites. 
2, ePacket via EMS system (0 - 2 kg)
Available to 60+ countries/regions, trackable on 3rd parties, EMS China and most destination countries' postal service websites such as USPS, Canada Post etc. 
3, EMS (Express Mail Service), 0- 30kg
Tracked on 3rd parties, EMS China and most destination countries' postal service websites such as USPS, Canada Post etc. 
Tips for Saving on Shipping Costs:
1. Domestic shipping within mainland China is typically cost-effective. Consider having your order shipped to a local agent or friend in China, who can then forward it along with other goods via ocean shipping, etc. Rest assured, we do not profit from shipping fees.
2, Take advantage of our combined shipping policy to maximize savings. For instance, when shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service) to the USA, the cost for 500 grams is only $7 after the first 500 grams. While some delicate items may need to be shipped separately, resulting in additional costs for us, we view this as a special discount for larger orders.
Returning Policy:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer 30 day refund guarantee.
If the item is not as described or there's an error on our part, we'll refund your payment and cover return shipping costs, or send a replacement.
If there's no error but you change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
