EU Shipping Update – New Customs Duty & Handling Fee
Effective July 1, 2026, the European Union introduced a €3 customs duty per distinct product category (based on HS tariff classification) for parcels with a total declared goods value of €150 or less. Starting November 1, 2026, an additional €2 handling fee per distinct declared item category will apply. For eligible parcels, these charges total €5 per category, regardless of the quantity of products within that category.
To help cover these new charges, we will add a flat €5 per parcel to our EU shipping rates starting November 1, 2026.
If your order contains products from multiple customs categories, the actual charges may exceed €5. However, 3JADE will absorb the additional costs as a special courtesy to our customers, so you will only pay the flat €5 shipping adjustment.

U.S. Shipping Update
Due to recent U.S. tariff policy changes, we now use DDP Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid) for all U.S. orders. This means we take care of all import duties, taxes, and risks—you receive the package at your door with no extra charges or paperwork.
DDP Shipping Details:
- Via YANWEN Express (8-16 days). For regular-value orders; high-value orders will incur extra fees invoiced after checkout.
- Cost: as low as $5.99
- Via UPS, FedEx or USPS (4-10 business days)*.
- Cost: as low as $45.99 for the first 1kg (subject to change)
